Biography
Professor Eman Mohamed Ahmed El-Nashar, MSc, MD, is a professor at King Khalid University in Abha, Asir, Saudi Arabia. She completed her medical education at Benha Faculty of Medicine and Zagazig Faculty of Medicine, Zagazig University. Her research focuses on regenerative medicine and cellular therapeutics, with particular emphasis on mesenchymal stem/stromal cells and their therapeutic applications in organ injury. Her most-cited work, "Autophagy Promotes the Survival of Adipose Mesenchymal Stem/Stromal Cells and Enhances Their Therapeutic Effects in Cisplatin-Induced Liver Injury via Modulating TGF-β1/Smad and PI3K/AKT Signaling Pathways" (2021), has received 26 citations and exemplifies her contributions to understanding cellular mechanisms in tissue repair. Professor El-Nashar has authored over 14 indexed publications in her field.
