Members also receive a Certificate of Membership to recognize their contribution to the field of research. Authors can submit an unlimited number of manuscripts annually, except for special issues. To be eligible for the APC waiver, individuals must be an author or co-author of the submitted manuscript.

Student Membership

The Student Membership program is designed to support and nurture the next generation of researchers and clinicians. Students are provided with essential tools, resources, and exposure within the academic publishing landscape. Key benefits include the ability to submit an unlimited number of manuscripts (excluding special issues), offering flexibility to publish as either an author or co-author without submission restrictions. Institutions benefit from discounted APCs, including partial or full waivers for a designated number of submissions each year. Corporate/Industry Membership

The Corporate/Industry Membership is tailored for private companies, biotech firms, pharmaceutical developers, and healthcare innovators seeking to engage with the academic and clinical communities. This membership offers discounted APCs for staff-authored publications and research reports, providing cost-effective access to peer-reviewed dissemination. Corporate members are presented with an official Corporate Membership Certificate, recognizing their dedication to advancing scientific research and innovation.

Membership Renewal Process

• Exclusive Services: Members are encouraged to take advantage of the services provided within the validity period of their membership. Any unused services will not carry over to the next term unless specified.
• Renewal Fee Waiver: A 10% discount on membership renewal fees is offered if renewed before the current membership term expires.
• Late Renewals: Renewals submitted after the expiration date will not be eligible for continuation of unused benefits. To avoid disruptions, timely renewal is essential.
