Journal of Genetic Engineering

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Genetic Engineering (JGE) aims to disseminate the latest research findings, theories and methods in this field, and serves as a platform to promote the exchange of ideas, stimulate discussion and inspire further research.

The scope of the journal is broad and encompasses the full range of topics related to genetic engineering such as molecular genetics, genomics, gene expression and regulation, epigenetics and bioinformatics. The journal also covers related topics including the use and application of genetic engineering methods and technologies in biomedical research and medicine, biotechnology, environmental engineering, industrial biotechnology, food and feed production, agricultural and forestry research, and genetic enhancement.

JGE seeks to publish cutting-edge research, both on the theoretical and applied aspects of this field. The journal publishes research articles, review articles, case reports, and technical notes from authors from all around the world. Contributions from all areas of genetic engineering and related disciplines, including molecular studies, genetic engineering of plants, animals and microorganisms, vaccines and vector control, regulation of gene expression, safety and ethical assessment of genetic engineering, intellectual property and technology transfer, and more, are welcome.
