Biography
Professor Iyad Abboud, PhD, MSc, is a Professor at Taibah University Yanbu Campus, Yanbu, Al Madinah, Saudi Arabia, specializing in geochemistry, environmental geochemistry, medical geology, and isotopes. He received his education from the University of Baghdad Al-Jaderyia Campus College of Science and Yarmouk University Faculty of Sciences. His most-cited work, "Geochemistry and quality of groundwater of the Yarmouk basin aquifer, north Jordan" (2018), has been cited 57 times and reflects his expertise in hydrogeochemical research. Professor Abboud maintains active membership in several professional organizations, including the Jordanian Geologists Association, the Jordan Society for Expanding and Developing the Natural Resources, the Jordan Society for Scientific Research, the Jordanian Astronomical Society, and ALWAN Cultural Center-Jordan.
