Biography
Erhabor Idemudia, PhD, MSc, BSc, is a Full Professor (Research) at North-West University - Mafikeng Campus, Mmabatho, North West, South Africa. He earned his degrees from the University of Ibadan and specializes in migration, trauma, PTSD, PTSS, and vulnerable populations. With over 43 indexed publications, his most-cited work examines determinants and levels of cervical cancer screening uptake among women of reproductive age in South Africa, based on 2016 demographic and health survey data, which has been cited 49 times. Professor Idemudia has received numerous prestigious fellowships and awards, including recognition from CODESRIA, the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation, the Salzburg Seminar, UCLA, and the British Psychological Society, and was rated NRF C3 from 2013 to 2018. He has been honored for his productivity in research and supervision, as well as for his contributions to counselling and psychotherapy practice in Africa.
