Overview

Cancer care facilities provide comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to those affected by cancer. These facilities offer a variety of services to help those affected by the disease: diagnostic and treatment options (including chemotherapy, radiation, and surgeries); care and support (such as emotional support and counseling); and follow-up care. Cancer care facilities are essential in helping patients understand their diagnosis and treatment options, as well as providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support. They are also integral in promoting cancer awareness and prevention. With specialized clinical teams, cancer care facilities serve their communities by providing access to the best cancer treatment available to those living with the disease.
