Arthritis Rehabilitation

Arthritis rehabilitation is an important part of managing the condition. It involves physical therapy, exercise, and lifestyle changes to reduce pain and improve function. By improving strength, range of motion, and flexibility, arthritis rehabilitation can help reduce the pain associated with the condition. It can also help improve the ability to participate in daily activities, reduce the risk of falls, and improve overall quality of life. Additionally, physical activity can help to improve mental health and mood. With a doctor’s support, an individual with arthritis can design a rehabilitation program that works best for them.
