Aims and Scope

Journal of Current Viruses and Treatment Methodologies (JVAT) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal devoted to the publication of current research on viruses, their treatment and prevention. It provides a platform for researchers, practitioners and policy makers to explore new advances in the field of viruses and treatment techniques.

Viruses are microscopic organisms that can cause serious illnesses in humans, animals and plants. In recent years, there have been a number of viruses that have been identified as causing illness. From the common cold to more serious conditions such as the Ebola virus, viruses are capable of causing serious damage and disruption. In order to combat these diseases, treatment methodologies must be developed.

By combining the use of antiviral drugs, vaccinations, and preventive measures, it is possible to reduce the spread and impact of many different types of viruses. Journals such as the Journal of Current Viruses and Treatment Methodologies is essential source of information for those interested in researching and staying informed of the latest developments in virus treatment and prevention.

The JVAT welcomes submissions from researchers, clinicians, and public health professionals in the broad areas of virology and microbial agents. The Journal encourages collaboration across disciplines and perspectives, including epidemiology, infection control, biomaterials, biochemistry, immunology, statistics, laboratory medicine, medical virology, clinical virology, and provides an interdisciplinary platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge, focusing on the current virus findings, pathogenesis, diagnosis and therapy, technological advances, and pharmacological strategies.

JVAT dedicated to understanding, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of viral infections. It also serves to inform the general public about the latest developments in the understanding of various viruses and their treatments, identification, diagnosis, and treatment of viruses and other microbial agents. It provides a platform for researchers, practitioners, and academicians to share their latest research, innovative discoveries, and clinical practices. The aim of the journal is to promote the quality of current virus research for the benefit of the scientific community, public health, and society at large.

The journal aims to provide a platform for international researchers to share their discoveries and insights around treating viral infections with effective, evidence-based strategies. At JVAT, investigators are encouraged to submit high-quality manuscripts around topics related to virus-targeting medical interventions, antiviral drugs, vaccines and immunotherapy, anti-infective combinations, as well as diagnostic and monitoring methods.
