The International Journal of Allergy (IJA) covers a wide range of topics including clinical research, basic science and epidemiology, exploring all aspects of allergic, immunologic, and rheumatologic and related diseases. The journal publishes original research articles, review articles and expert opinions.

It seeks to provide authors with the opportunity to present their findings to a global audience and to allow readers to benefit from the latest discoveries in this field. It also features content on the pathogenesis, diagnosis, treatment and perspective of these diseases. The journal's editorial team is composed of experts and leading voices in the field of allergies, immunology and related topics.

Submission Process:

IJA invites authors to submit manuscripts online at JournalOnline. The manuscripts should follow the journal’s guidelines regarding length, content, and formatting. All submitted manuscripts are subject to a stringent peer-review process aimed to ensure their quality and authenticity. The journal also encourages authors to deposit their articles in any digital repository of their choice as it spreads the visibility and availability of the published work. Authors also have the option of publishing their research article as part of special issue.

Instructions to Prepare your article:

IJA’s Instructions for Authors emphasise the importance of accurate and transparent reporting of research findings. Submissions should be based on original research and all manuscripts must include a sufficient number of references. Authors should include all relevant ethics approvals by the applicable institutional review boards in their manuscripts. The journal also strongly discourages plagiarism, duplicate publication, and any undisclosed conflicts of interest. Submitted manuscripts must also meet IJA's formatting and structure requirements to be considered for publication. The journal encourages submissions from authors of all backgrounds and makes every effort to ensure peer reviewers provide constructive feedback for authors seeking to improve their manuscript.

 

Article Processing Charge:

IJA is a fully open access journal that encourages authors to publish their research quickly and cost-effectively. All articles published in the journal are made immediately and permanently free to access. Authors are required to pay a minimum article processing charge (APC) upon acceptance of their articles. The APC is a necessary step for the completion of the online submission process and to make the published article freely available to readers. The APC for IJA is designed to be reasonable and affordable to facilitate access to high-quality research for all.
