Authors retain copyright in their published article. The publisher receives the rights needed to publish, host and disseminate the work as an open-access article.

Author rights, Creative Commons Attribution licensing, reuse terms and third-party permission requirements for JCRHAP articles.
JCRHAP publishes accepted articles as open access under CC BY 4.0. The licence permits reading, sharing and adaptation when the original article is properly credited.

Attribution
Reuse should include the article title, author names, journal citation, DOI or article link, and a link to the licence.
Separate permissions
Some third-party material may require separate permission even when the article itself is published under CC BY 4.0.
Author rights and reuse terms
The copyright and licence statement should make the status of the article and any included third-party material clear to readers.
Open-access licence
JCRHAP articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence unless a specific article record states otherwise.
Reuse with attribution
Readers may share and adapt the work when they give appropriate credit, provide a link to the licence and indicate whether changes were made.
Third-party material
Material not covered by the article licence must be identified, credited and cleared by the author before publication.

Resolve copyright and permission questions before publication so the final article record can be reused accurately.
Before submission
Confirm that all figures, tables, images, questionnaires and other third-party material can be published under the stated terms or have separate permission.
During production
Provide requested permission documents promptly so the article record can state the applicable rights accurately.
After publication
Use the article citation, DOI and licence statement when sharing or depositing the published work.
