Dr. Osden Jokonya is affiliated with the University of the Western Cape, South Africa, having completed his PhD at the University of South Africa. His research focuses on information systems adoption, governance, and emerging technologies, with particular emphasis on theoretical frameworks such as the Technology Acceptance Model and Theory of Planned Behavior in organizational contexts.
