Biography
Stephanie Filleur is affiliated with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, United States, where her research focuses on cancer biology and immunotherapy. Her most-cited publication, "PEDF increases the tumoricidal activity of macrophages towards prostate cancer cells in vitro" (2017), has been cited 37 times and reflects her work on the interactions between immune cells and cancer. She has received several honors throughout her career, including the Dean's Douglas M. Stocco Scholarship/Research Award from both the Chancellery of the Universities of Paris and the Foundation for Medical Research in France in 2002, as well as the Unsung Hero Award in 2014. She became a naturalized U.S. citizen in 2015.
