Biography
Foluso Oluwagbemiga Osunsanmi is affiliated with the University of Zululand, South Africa, where his research focuses on microbial biotechnology and environmental biochemistry. His most-cited publication, "Isolation and Characterization of Potential Lignin Peroxidase-Producing Bacteria from Compost Samples at Richards Bay (South Africa)" (2023), reflects his work on enzyme-producing microorganisms with applications in biodegradation. He was awarded an NRF Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2017. Dr. Osunsanmi holds professional memberships in the South African Association of Clinical Biochemistry, South African Association of Botanists, South African Council for Natural Scientific Professions (Pr. Sci. Nat. 400113/16), International Association of Safety Professionals, and the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals.
