Praveen Jayaram MDS (Oxford Dental College and Hospital)

Dr. Praveen Jayaram is a Reader at Oxford Dental College and Hospital, Bangalore, Karnataka, India, where he also completed his dental education. His research focuses primarily on periodontal disease, encompassing systematic reviews of probiotic interventions, clinical evaluations of treatment modalities such as bovine collagen for gingival recession, and investigations into the relationship between periodontitis and systemic conditions including anemia. Dr. Jayaram has contributed to the clinical literature on aggressive periodontitis, including long-term follow-up studies of implant placement and case reports of complex presentations such as desquamative gingivitis and generalized aggressive periodontitis with gingival enlargement.
